Course Description: This course is will study Knife Skills, meal planning, menu planning, careers in food industry, preparation and services of foods; meal management and foods from around the world. Also parts of this class learn about marketing products, selling food products and catering. Students will be given the opportunity to sell their products to the community as well as cater and serve for various functions in the community. FCCLA may be an integral part of the course.
